My Declaration of Principle: 12. Not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world

The 12th principle I am committing myself to live by is the point of not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world – but that I realize I have created who and how I am in this moment, therefore I have the responsibility to change who and how I am and so the realization that we as a collective created how and what this world is today and so it is the responsibility of the collective to change how and what this world is today.

It sounds simple enough and makes perfect sense in self-honesty. I am responsible for everything I do because I am the one doing it and allowing it. And within the bigger reality I am equally responsible for the world and how it is as I am participating and influencing the world as a whole. The realization in itself is simple. What this means in practice is that I must take self-responsibility in every breath to self-direct myself in a way that is best for all. This requires persistence and specificity, because when we really look at ourselves in self-honesty, we see how selfish and ignorant we really are and how we are allowing ourselves to be directed by our energetic emotional reactions and selfish thought impulses, instead of us being the directive principle and always directing ourselves according to The Principle of: do not treat (ignore) other as you would not want to be treated (ignored) in their place. So, how I strive to achieve this in my everyday life is to gently push myself through the resistances by using self-forgiveness and so changing myself to gradually take full-responsibility for myself and all my patterns, thoughts, emotions and feelings. I observe myself and see where I still blame others for how I feel or for the situation I am/we are in. Then I change the pattern into looking at what can I do to stand as the solution for the problem/abuse I see I have since now avoided, ignored or participated in. I direct myself to get involved in activities that have to be done in order to create a world where a dignified life for all is guaranteed. Such as politics, education and developing effective, consistent patterns that will support me and everyone else in reaching our full potential and stopping all the (self) abuse that we now still accept and allow in this world. This also includes writing a blog for self support and support of others. Reading, sharing and rating the blogs and common sense principles. Educating myself about how the mind works and how I can become more effective and more aligned with The Principle, how the system works, looking at problems and developing practical solutions that everyone can apply.

So, it is all about forgiving away my selfishness and aligning myself with The Principle, to stand as the solution to all the abuse in this world. The only reason why we have all this abuse in our world is because we are all individually accepting it and allowing it and even participating in it, creating it. This is not acceptable and so, we are all responsible to take complete self-responsibility to change ourselves and start doing what is best for all in every breathe.

Day 187 - Living the word Care

In this writing I look into the point of caring and how I can expand myself by living this word, not only in my immediate environment, but also towards others and the world as a whole.

Preparing the food:

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not care about preparing my own food and helping to prepare the food with my partner and others for us to eat. When and as I see myself not caring about the reparation of food - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am being selfish and so I must make sure that I take responsibility for preparing my food and helping to prepare the food that we eat or at least make an arrangement where I take care of something else for another while he/she prepares the food also for me. I commit myself to make sure take I take the self-responsibility for preparing my/our food and that I make arrangements where I do something for another when he/she prepares the food for me.

Responsibility towards others / those not in my immediate environment:

I forgive myself for NOT accepting and allowing myself to care about others who are not in my immediate environment, who I do not communicate directly with. When and as I see myself not considering/caring about others who are not in my immediate environment and who I do not communicate directly with - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am a part of the whole existence and that I create consequences with my (in)actions that also have an impact on the existence as a whole, thus I must make sure that I care about the existence as a whole and not only about my immediate environment. Thus I commit myself to make sure that I do not disregard or not care about those not in my immediate environment and that I develop care and self-responsibility towards the whole existence equally, by standing up and speaking for those that do not have a voice in my environment, by participating in the education of myself and others about the state of the world and the solutions that can be implemented to create a dignified life for all.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to care less about things/people that I consider as far away where I can't see them. When and as I see myself caring less for those I consider are far away where I can't see them - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am being selfish and self-limited when I consider what I care about based on how far away someone/something is from me or whether I can see one/it or not. Thus I commit myself to make sure that I do not care less about things/people that I perceive are far away where I can't see them and to instead expand my awareness and deal with/consider all problems equally, based on practical common sense priority that is best for all.

I forgive myself that I have NOT accepted and allowed myself to expand my caring more into the Desteni group in forums, hangouts and other participation, by coming up with excuses for it. When and as I see myself holding myself back from caring/participating more within the Desteni group, forums, hangouts etc. and coming up with excuses for it - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am being selfish by not participating and caring for the activities within the group when I see that I can and by coming up with excuses. Thus I commit myself to make sure that I expand my participation and caring for the activities and others within the group by participating in the Desteni group, forums, hangouts and other activities, whenever I see that I am able to.

I forgive myself that I have NOT accepted and allowed myself to remove all the points of "I don’t' care" towards the world as a whole. When and as I see myself existing within and as the "I don't care" character - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am within this being selfish and spiteful just because I perceive that I certain point/problem is not directly connected with me. Thus I commit myself to make sure that I remove all the points of "I don't care" towards others and the world as a whole and to make sure that I consider, find, suggest and stand as a solution that is best for all for all and any problems that I encounter within the world as a whole.

Day 162 - My Declaration of Principle: 9. Self Trust

The ninth principle I am committing myself to live by is the principle of self trust – as I commit myself to remain constant in my living of self honesty, self responsibility and self awareness, I stand as an unbending trust that I always in all ways know who I am no matter what I face and that in this I know, as proven in the constancy of my living that I will always honour and stand by what is best for all and so best for me.

This "knowing who I am" came to me as a self-honest realization and is basically an understanding/awareness that I am, as a Living being in this physical reality, equal to all other Life and so equally responsible to not allow any abuse of Life, because by doing so I actually abuse myself. This is an understanding that one does not invent, but becomes aware of through being self-honest with oneself and is thus a fundamental part of one's decision and commitment to live by the principle of "I will not treat others as I would not want to be treated in their place", because this is actually what is practically best for all Life and so best for myself as Life.

The Knowing is obviously not enough and so I am committing myself to constantly apply this realization in my practical Life, through changing who I am in relation to others as myself, because others are actually me from another perspective. In order to do so I must apply self-honesty in every breath to observe my patterns, my thoughts, emotions and feelings, so that I can align myself with what is best for all, through writing and applying self-forgiveness and practical self-corrective application and not stop at my perceived limitations or ideas of who I am or can be, but constantly lead myself to become my utmost potential as a living being and help create a world that is actually best for all. Firstly, through changing myself and being an example and secondly, by working with and supporting others, so that we can all give and gift to each other a life worth living.

How I practically change my life by living this principle is firstly seen in my blogs. I am participating in sharing my realizations and understanding of how we can all start changing ourselves and help create a world that is best for all through various channels on the internet and in my personal life, where I do not participate anymore in activities that are self-dishonest and harmful to myself and others, like abusing drugs such as alcohol, marijuana or others, by stopping to subdue myself to my own selfish emotional reactions and feelings and instead, rather live by the principle of common sense and what is best for all. By not accepting and allowing myself to be brainwashed through my own participation in ignorance, apathy, mindless entertainment and my own egoism. I rather learn to direct myself and participate in the Desteni group and others, where we help each other on various projects of exposing the abuse, not accepting it ourselves and showing and creating solutions that we can practically implement in order to improve the lives of all and ultimately create a life and a system on Earth where all Life will be equally considered and supported. Where everyone will have a dignified and fun life. I am exploring and investigating how the system works through politics, economics and psychology, in order to empower myself to see how the world really works and what needs to be done and how, so that we manifest a world that is actually, practically best for all. It is my personal process and purpose that I have gifted to myself in my life. And this process I also share and walk together with other Destonians, so that we can stand together effectively through the principle of 1 + 1 and create a world that is best for all as soon as possible. Because what is best for all is also best for myself.

Day 150 - Taking self-responsibility for my reactions towards my partner - II

Today I walked to the store with my partner and I looked towards the place where some of my friends used to work. In that moment my partner made a remark about it, that I saw or perceived as a deliberate spiteful remark from her part, because I know that she still reacts to those people in a negative way. In that moment I thought "she is being spiteful again, should I tell her or or not, will this make the reaction even bigger?" and while thinking this, I felt a bit offended by that fact that she was still being deliberate in the spiteful remarks and that the pattern is still there and in this I also started to blame my partner for being spiteful, for making the remark and for not taking self-responsibility for removing the pattern. After this we had an energetic quarrel for a minute, but I will be focusing with my Self Forgiveness on removing the above points where my reaction started.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to react to my partner's remark, that I have seen / perceive as being spiteful, with taking it personally, feeling offended and being angry and to within that anger try to point out the pattern that my partner was participating in, instead of immediately bringing that point back to myself and seeing where am I also reacting to it and so firstly applying self-forgiveness on the point that I see within myself. When and as I see myself reacting to my partner's remarks with feeling offended, taking it personally and feeling angry and when I see a pattern within my partner and others - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I have to always, when I see a point within my partner/another, take that point back to self and see where / how am I reacting to it. Therefore I commit myself to always bring the point that I see within another back to myself and see how I am reacting to it and to then apply self-forgiveness until I have no more reactions and to only then also see if I can support my partner in seeing the pattern.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try and control / manipulate my partner to stop the reaction that we are in by saying that I will end our agreement and that I don't need her to walk with me, while not seeing and realizing that I am within this blaming her for the reaction and not stopping myself within my own reaction. Thus being spiteful towards my partner.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame my partner for the reactions between us, instead of removing all of my reactions and blame towards my partner. When and as I see myself blaming my partner for a reaction or trying to manipulate her and/or when I see myself wanting to use the argument of ending our agreement because of me reacting to her or her to me - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am within this reacting myself and being spiteful towards my partner, instead of removing all of my reactions, blame and spitefulness towards my partner. Therefore I commit myself to no more blame my partner for her reaction or for my reactions, instead I breathe, I check and make sure that I am without reactions by applying self-forgiveness and then only after the reactions between us are over I talk to my partner about the reaction so that we can direct the point and prevent the reaction from happening again.

My Declaration of Principle: 6. Self Responsibility in Thought, Word and Deed

The sixth principle that I am committing myself to live by is the realization that who I am in thought, word and deed affects not only myself – but others as well and so with Self Responsibility in thought, word and deed – I take Responsibility for myself and so my relationships to be Self Aware in every moment and live in such a way that is best for me and so others as well.

I am creating myself through the words that I think and speak as with these words I define my intentions and actions and so I am responsible for every word that I think, thus I have to align my words and my thoughts with the principle of what is best for all Life. This way I can make sure that I will not abuse myself as Life, but instead create through words what is Best for All Life.

I can see how I am still using words, thoughts and actions that divide me and others, that create separation within me and between me and others and how through this I am the one who still participates in the abuse of self as Life and so all Life. I can see this in the feelings and emotions that I create with words and then live out. I can see this in my thoughts of spite and anger, in thoughts of blame, judgment and fear. I can self-honestly see this in my words, thoughts, habits and actions, where I have still not taken full self-responsibility for who I am and what I stand for. And so, because I am still not in all ways standing as the principle "do not do onto others as you would not want to be done onto you", I commit myself to continuously walk the process of self-honesty, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application where I will align myself to the principle of what is Best for All Life, so that I will stand as a practical example of how we can all co-exist and co-create in a way that is Best for All.

Thoughts:
I take self-responsibility for all my thoughts by observing myself self-honestly in every breath and then write down the mind patterns that I observe that come up within me throughout the day. This way I see and can realize how I have created my various mind patterns and consequently, how I am creating the emotions and feelings within my body. After I see the pattern, I apply the principle of self-forgiveness, where I remove the bond that I have created towards the specific mind pattern that I am forgiving myself for and so I free myself from it in a way where I can then decide what exactly do I want to live instead of that pattern and I make sure that who I am within the new pattern that I am creating is what is best for All Life and so best for myself as Life. I do this through writing my blogs and doing my DIP assignments, where I work with my buddies that help me realize the patterns that I am participating in, so that I can be more effective in my process and so I also help others to see their own patterns and help them as I would like to be helped and together we align ourselves with Life and what is Best for All.

Words:
I take self-responsibility for the words I think, speak and live by looking at how I have defined the words. I self-honestly see if I have any emotional reactions towards specific words and then I remove these reactions through self-forgiveness. Then I look at how I have defined the specific word and check if the definition helps me to live the word in a way that is Best for All. If this is not so, then I re-define the word in a way that is supportive for me and all, so that I can start using and living the word in a way where I will not create abuse, separation or harm, but only what is Best for All.

Deeds:
I take self-responsibility for the deeds and actions I do and participate in by observing myself in self-honesty in every breath and making a note for myself every time where I see that I am not acting in a way that is Best for All. Then I look at my thoughts and words that I used in my mind to plan and justify my deeds and so by taking self-responsibility for my words and thoughts, I change myself and realign myself, my deeds and actions, to what is Best for All in Oneness and Equality.

For a further perspective on how we create ourselves and our world with words I suggest you also read one of my previous blogs: How words create our world

Day 12 - Comedian character

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into a comedian character in order to bring myself and others into a happy mood. I realize that 'happy mood' is the polarity feeling of the 'unhappy mood' which are both feeling/emotions that I don't need at all in order to enjoy myself here in the physical. When and as I see myself wanting/wishing/desiring to be and bring others to 'happy mood' - I stop and I breathe. Instead I forgive myself for existing/going into the mind polarity of positive/negative feelings/emotions and simply stay here in the breath and enjoy moving/directing myself within/as the physical within common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize that I use the comedian character to suppress the negative emotions I am in by changing them into positive feelings and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the comedian character as a suppression method so that I wouldn't have to face/deal/take responsibility for my negative emotions. When and as I see myself going into/being in a comedian character in order to suppress the negative emotions and create positive feelings - I stop and I breathe. Instead I investigate the cause of my negative emotions and I remove it with self-forgiveness and self-correction and I stay here in the breath and enjoy moving/directing myself within/as the physical within common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize that I use the comedian character every time I feel embarrassed/'less than' as a defense mechanism to make fun out of myself where others can laugh at me and I see/perceive myself as the 'winner' as I can say that this was my intention, while I actually did that so that others wouldn't laugh about my embarrassment/inferiority because then I would feel even more embarrassed/inferior. When and as I see myself using the comedian character as a defense mechanism when I feel embarrassed/'less than' - I stop and I breathe. Instead I look at the point of embarrassment/feeling 'less than' and I remove the point with self-forgiveness and self-correction and I stay here in the breathe enjoying moving/directing myself within/as the physical within common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the comedian character to 'break the silence' when I am with people and nobody talks because I feel awkward as I am afraid that others will judge me when in fact I judge myself and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to feel awkward when I am silent when being with other people. When and as I see myself wanting to use the comedian character to 'break the silence' when I am with other people - I stop and I breathe. Instead I look at where do I judge myself for being silent and I remove the points with self-forgiveness and self-correction and stay here in the breathe enjoying moving/directing myself within/as the physical within common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into backchat of self-judgment when I am silent while with other people and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge/define/see/perceive myself as a boring, weird, stupid, lame, inferior, limited, mentally challenged, less than, unsocial, outsider, unaccepted, loner, loser, 'special in a bad way' person when I am silent with other people. When and as I see myself going into backchat judging myself when being silent with other people - I stop and I breathe. Instead I apply self-forgiveness and self correction for every point that comes up and I stay here in the breath and enjoy myself moving/directing myself here in the physical within common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use the comedian character as a way to be accepted/liked by other people and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that I have to make myself be liked/accepted by other people instead of just me accepting/liking myself. When and as I see myself using the comedian character as a way to be accepted/liked by other people - I stop and I breathe. Instead I accept and like myself as Life here in thy physical as one and equal.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to hide behind laughter whenever I feel embarrassed or find something embarrassing. When and as I see myself hiding behind laughter when I feel embarrassed or find something embarrassing - I stop and I breathe. Instead I look at what is the cause of my embarrassment and I remove the point with self-forgiveness and self-correction.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to laugh at and make fun out of things I find unpractical/noncommonsensical and think/believe/perceive that I can do nothing about them. I realize that this is how I abdicate my self-responsibility towards standing as a solution. When and as I see myself laughing at and make fun out of things I find unpractical/noncommonsensical - I stop and I breathe. instead I investigate the point in common sense and find/pointing out/stand for practical solutions according to what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to see/define/perceive myself as a comedian/funny person and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that being a comedian/funny person is a part of my personality as who I really am. I realize that a comedian/funny person character is just a character that I created for myself and does not define me as who I really am as Life here. When and as I see myself seeing/defining/perceiving myself through the comedian/funny person character/personality and thinking/believing that this is who I actually am - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stop defining/seeing myself as a comedian/funny character and stay here in the breath.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that my personality(-ies)/characters are me as who I really am, instead of realizing that I learned/created/adopted my characters/personalities that have nothing to do with who I actually really am as Life here, meaning I only make up/carry/hide behind characters/personalities in order to not have to face me and be self-responsible for who I actually really am as Life here in the physical in oneness and equality. When and as I see myself thinking/believing/perceiving that the character/personality I am in is actually who I really am - I stop and I breathe. Instead I observe and investigate how/why I have created the character I am in and I stop defining myself according to the character and remove it with self-forgiveness and self-correction and stay here in the breathe, enjoying directing myself withing/as the physical in common sense and according to what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that others speak about me and who I really am when they judge/compare/define me/speak about me as a personality, while in fact they only speak about my characters/personalities and project their own characters/personalities onto me, meaning they don't actually speak/talk about who I really actually am here as Life in the physical, they only show me my characters/personalities and their character/personalities that are not real and can be removed. Therefore judging myself/others and their character/personalities is pointless and unnecessary as this characters/personalities do not represent beings as Life as who we really are, but only who we accepted and allowed ourselves to become through the illusion of the energy of the mind/feelings/emotions and so this characters/personalities can/will be removed by ourselves or by death and there is no point in waiting for death as then it is too late as we no longer actually exist here in the physical and Life can only actually exist here in the physical as the physical is superior to the mind and everything else in every way and so everything else is just an illusion that can end in any moment.

Therefore, instead of judging/comparing my character/personalities and those of others - I stop and I breathe. I commit myself to not judge/blame characters/personalities but stay here in the breath and stop and let go of my characters/personalities through writing, self-forgiveness, self-correction so that I can stand as the physical character in every breath and support others in removing their character so that we can all be/become Life here in the physical and live in common sense and according to what is best for all.

I commit myself to stop and let go of all my characters/personalities and to only accept and allow myself to be that what I really am as Life here in the physical in oneness and equality.

Day 9 - Self-responsibility / Aloneness

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear facing all of myself and being self-honest with self and taking self-responsibility. I realize that judging myself for this is pointless. When and as I see myself fearing facing myself and being self-honest with self - I stop and I breathe. Instead I write out the fears and points where I have not yet taken self-responsibility for myself and I commit myself to take self-responsibility for every point I find, breath by breath.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear loosing my relationships if I am self-honest and do self-correction, instead of realizing that with this I will stop my mind/energetic relationships and replace them with physical relationships based on common sense and what is best for all. When and as I see myself fearing to loose my mind/energetic relationships if I am self-honest and do self-correction - I stop and I breathe. Instead I commit myself to be self-honest and do self-correction and not go into fear of loosing my energetic/mind relationship, but replace them with physical relationships according to common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that the effectiveness of my process is dependant on the place and person(s) I live with, instead of realizing that facing myself, being self honest and applying self-correction according to what is best for all is all about myself and my willingness to face myself and correct myself, no matter where or with whom I live.

I commit myself to not avoid but face myself in self-honesty, breath by breath, writing out, forgiving and correcting every point and aligning myself according to what is best for all Life by finding and applying practical solutions from which all Life will benefit equally.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that I will only face myself and take self-resopnsibility for myself if I am in constant situations of conflict. I realize that by doing this I separate myself from the point of facing myself and taking self-responsibility by limiting myself to think that I will/can only do this when I am in conflict situations. When and as I see myself thinking/believing/perceiving that I will only face myself and take self-resopnsibility for myself in conflict situations - I stop and I breathe. Instead I commit myself to be self-honest and take self-resopnsibility for myself no matter what situation I am in and stand for practical solutions that are best for all Life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear, be embarassed and judge myself as 'less than' when facing and exposing my fears to myself/other. I realize that fearing, judging myself as less than and being embarassed when exposing my fears to myself and others is poitnless. When and as I see myself fearing, being embarassed and judging myself as 'less than' when exposing my fears to myself or others - I stop and I braethe. Instead I commit myelf to look at, write out and remove the irrational fears through which I compromise myself to not do/stand for what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that my fears will overrun me and that I will be unable to stop them/push through them and so comproimse my effectiveness within the system if I push myself too much into situations of fear. I realize that by thinking about fears overrunning me I create the fear of this happening and also already accept and allow the possibility of this happening. When and as I see myself fearing that my fears will overrun me and that I will be unable to stop them - I stop and I breathe. Instead I commit myself to stop the fear of being overrun by fears by applying self-forgiveness and focusing on the breath.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself as a failure/feel as less than/incapable when I or someone else exposes a point that I hadn't considered yet or where I haven't taken self-responsibility yet. I realize that judging myself and feeling less than in this situations is pointless. When and as I see myself that I judge myself as a failure/feel as less than/incapable when I or someone else exposes a point that I hadn't considered yet or where I haven't taken self-responsibility yet - I stop and I breathe. Instead I commit myself to look at the point in self-honesty, write it out and apply self-forgiveness and self-correction until there are no more reactions.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that others will see/judge me as a failure/less than if they see/know or I tell them that there is a point where I still haven't taken self responsibility yet. I realize that in this I actually judge myself as a failure/less than which is pointless. When and as I see myself fearing that others will judge me as a failure/less than if they see/know or I tell them that there is a point where I still haven't taken self responsibility yet - I stop and I breathe. Instead I do not judge myself and I commit myself to write out and take responsibility for myself in common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear loosing X and connecting her with safety/help/support. I realize that I am responsible to be/create my own safety/help/support as equally as for others. When and as I see myself going into fear of loosing X and so my safety/help/support - I stop and I breathe. Instead I look at where do I still define my safety/help/support according to her and I commit myself to give back to myself and create my own safety/help/support as equally as for others.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not want to take complete self-responsibility for myself and to make X and other people responsible for myself. I realize that by doing this I am limiting and abusing myself and others. When and as I see myself not wanting to take complete self-responsibility for myself - I stop and I breathe. Instead I commit myself to stop all self abuse and the abuse of others by taking self-responsibility for myself according to common sense and what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect aloneness to 'having no one to talk to'.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear of not having anyone to talk to.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to wish/want/desire to always have someone I can talk to.
When and as I see myself connecting aloneness with having no one to talk to, fearing of having no one to talk to and wishing/wanting/desiring to always have someone I can talk to - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breath and commit myself to stop all definitions/memories connected to aloneness.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect aloneness to 'having no one to help me'.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear having no one to help me.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to wish/want/desire to always have someone to help me.
I realize that I can and have to always help myself first. When and as I see myself connecting aloneness to 'having no one to help me', fearing that I will have no one to help me and wishing/wanting/desiring to always have someone to help me - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breath and look at how I can help myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect aloneness with 'having no sex'.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear of having no sex.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to wish/want/desire to always have someone to have sex with.
I realize that I can enjoy my sexual expression equally with myself alone as with someone else. When and as I see myself connecting aloneness with 'having no sex', fearing of having no sex and wishing/wanting/desiring to always have someone to have sex with - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breath and look at where have I still separated myself from sex and sexual expression and I commit myself to apply self-forgiveness and self-correction.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear of having to cook/prepare my own food and connecting it to aloneness. I realize that I am self-responsible to take care of my own food/diet. When and as I see myself fearing of having to cook/prepare my own food - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay in the breathe and forgive myself all the resistances that come up and commit myself to learn and prepare my own food.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to connect aloneness with 'having no one to have fun with'.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear having no one to have fun with.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to wish/want/desire to always have someone to have fun with.
I realize that within this I have separated myself from fun because I believe I need someone else in order to have fun. When and as I see myself connecting aloneness with 'having no one to have fun with' - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay in the breathe and I commit myself to remove all connections/emotion/memories that come up about the point 'having no one to have fun with' until I am one and equal with fun as being here in the breath.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define and connect aloneness as being a failure and to judge myself as a failure if/when I am alone. I realize that judging myself as a failure is pointless. When and as I see myself defining aloneness as being a failure and judging myself as a failure if/when I am alone - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay in the breathe and I commit myself to remove all self-judgments and definitions that come around the point of aloneness as a failure.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to define and connect aloneness as/to boredom. I realize that boredom is a character of the mind that I created and is not real. When and as I see myself connecting aloneness to boredom and/or being bored - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay in the breath and I look at how I have created the character of boredom and I commit myself to apply self-forgiveness and self-correction until there is no more experience of boredom and aloneness, just me being here in the breath.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear going into backchat and self-pity about aloneness and feeling scared/sad/disappointed/self-limited/wasting my Life/feeling sorry for myself. I realize that I create this fear by projecting my definitions about aloneness into the future in my mind and so accepting and allowing myself to already create this experience for me. When and as I see myself fearing of going into backchat and self-pity about aloneness and feeling scared/sad/disappointed/self-limited/wasting my Life/feeling sorry for myself - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breath and I commit myself to stop and forgive myself all the points that come up around the point of fear of being alone until I am clear here in the breath in the company of myself as the physical.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear taking self-responsibility for everything I haven't taken self-responsibility for and defining it as too much/too hard. I realize that there is no point in imagining/projecting the amount of self-responsibility I have to take and to define it as hard/too much as with this I only create the feeling of overwhelmingness, resistance and fear. When and as I see myself fearing of taking self-responsibility for myself and defining it as too much/too hard - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breathe and I commit myself to take self-responsibility for myself here, one breath at a time, where I look at the fears/resistances that come up regarding taking self responsibility and I apply self-forgiveness and self-correction and apply myself in self-responsibility and according to what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that I do not have to take complete self-responsibility for self and think/believe/perceive that others can do it for me. I realize that with this I allow myself to enslave myself to others and abuse myself and others by not taking self-responsibility. When and as I see myself thinking/believing/perceiving that I do not have to take self-responsibility - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breathe and I commit myself to stop and self-forgive all excuses and take self-responsibility for myself one breath at a time and according to what is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear not knowing what to do and being lost and within this I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that I always have to know what to do and to judge myself as stupid/less than/embarrassing if I don't know what to do. I realize that fearing this to happen is pointless as I am always here with me in the breath never lost and that I can always see what to do in common sense here in the physical when I am in the breath. When and as I see myself fearing not knowing what to do or being lost - I stop and I breathe. Instead I stay here in the breath and I commit myself to stop all irrational fears as they come up with self-forgiveness and self correction.

2012 - Anger, spite, blame reactions

Taking self-responsibility for my reactions when dealing with conflict situations:

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be angry and to react in spite when someone threatens me and blackmails me (with money). When and as I see myself getting angry and spiteful when someone threatens me and blackmails me (with money) – I stop and I breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to get angry and spiteful when someone threatens me and blackmails me (with money), instead I make sure that I am clear of all reactions and I direct the situation in a way that is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to believe that I must defend myself at all costs when someone blames, reacts or is angry with me, instead of breathing and stopping all reactions until I am clear within myself before I speak. When and as I see myself believing that I must defend myself from someone's reaction of blame and anger – I stop and I breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to go into defense and to believe that I must defend my position against the attack, instead I make sure that I am clear of any reactions within myself before I speak and I direct myself in common sense and as an example of taking responsibility for self and others in a way that is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to speak in anger and spite instead of stopping myself and making sure that I am clear from any reactions before I speak. When and as I see myself being angry, spiteful, emotional before I speak – I stop and I breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to react and speak out of anger, spite or energetic emotion. Instead I breathe and I say out loud that I am in an energetic emotion and that I will not speak until I make sure that I am clear of all reactions within myself and I direct myself with breathing to stop all reactions and emotions before I speak.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be afraid to say out loud that I am in an energetic reaction and that I will not participate in energetic games and will not communicate until I make sure that I am clear from all energetic reactions and emotions. When and as I see myself fearing to say out loud that I am in an energetic reaction / emotion – I stop and I breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to compromise myself by fearing to speak out loud about my reactions / emotions. Instead I breathe and I stop and break the fear pattern by whistling and/or by snapping my fingers and I speak out loud that I am in and energetic reaction / emotion and will not speak until I make sure that I am clear of any energetic reactions/emotions/anger/spite within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react in anger and spite when someone is spiteful towards me and makes spiteful, blaming comments towards me. When and as I see myself going into a reaction, anger and spite towards someone that makes spiteful, blaming comments – I stop and I breathe. I do not accept and allow myself to react in spite and anger when someone makes spiteful comments towards me. Instead I breathe and I direct myself to make sure that I have no energetic reactions or emotions within me before I speak to direct the situation in a way that is best for all.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame others when they blame me. I realize that this will only make the conflict bigger and will not support anyone. When and as I see myself blaming others when they blame me - I stop, I breathe. Instead I do not blame others and I take points back to myself and I reflect them in self-honesty and commit myself to write out the points that come up.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame myself and take onto myself the blame of others when others blame me. I realize that other's blame is not my own and that I have to focus on my own points of blame and look self-honestly at myself where do I still blame myself. When and as I see myself blaming myself and taking onto myself the blame of others - I stop, I breathe. Instead I look at myself in self-honesty where do I still blame and judge myself and I commit myself to write out the self-blame and self-judgment until it is gone.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be angry and react with anger when others blame me. I realize that this will only make the conflict worse and will not assist anyone. When and as I see myself getting/being angry and reacting when someone blames me - I stop, I breathe. Instead I re-do my self-forgiveness statements on blame/anger/reactions and stop myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to act in self-interest and not always also consider others and put myself into others shoes. I realize that by doing so I accept and allow abuse to happen as I only see my self-interest and don't consider others. When and as I see myself accepting and allowing myself to act in self-interest where I do not also equally consider others - I stop, I breathe. Instead I look self-honestly at what is the origin of my self interest and I commit myself to write out and correct the point.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be afraid of angry, reactive and violent people, to fear that they will hurt me and that I am responsible for their anger, reactions and violence. I realize that I must first reflect myself in self-honesty and make sure that I do not react and fear when interacting/speaking with others because by doing so I accept and allow these reactions to exist. When and as I see myself being afraid of angry, reactive and violent people and to fear that they will hurt me and that I am responsible for their anger, reactions and violence - I stop, I breathe. Instead I realize that I must firstly stop my own fears, anger and reactions and make sure that I do not react when speaking with others and that I do not fear conflict situations.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to blame myself for wanting to end the energetic agreement/relationship with X and not live with her anymore. I realize that all energetic relationships must stop and that I made my decision in order to stop the energetic relationship X and I created between ourselves. When and as I see myself blaming myself for wanting to end the agreement/relationship with X  and don't live with her anymore - I stop, I breathe. Instead I focus on my points and I commit myself to write out in self-honesty the points that come up in my interaction with others.
