The 23rd principle I commit myself to live by is the realization that for me to be able to contribute to change in this world – I have to get to ‘know thyself’ as this world and so commit myself to research, investigate and introspect the inner and outer workings of this world and align the systems of today to present and give the best possible life for all on Earth.
This means I investigate myself and the human mind and how we work as human beings and how in this way we create the outer world as a reflection of our minds. I investigate how the world systems work, such as the monetary system and money creation, as this is the core tool that is now being used to control and manipulate everything. I investigate how to implement effective and transparent direct democracy, healthy food production, sustainable manufacturing and other systems needed to ensure that we can all live a dignified Life.
I investigate the history of money and law through Gemstone University, I investigate and participate in politics through the ZEO group I co-founded where I promote and lead by example: self-responsibility and living according to the principle of 'do onto another as you would like to be done onto in another's place', transparency, direct democracy with representatives and a guaranteed living income.
I investigate technology and new ways of free energy generation with Keshe magrav generators.
I always keep an open mind for possible better solutions and I make sure I consider and investigate everything and keep what is good.
And within all this, I am always aware that the most important thing is that I investigate myself and my starting point when I do something, so that I can ensure that my efforts are towards what is best for all Life here.

My Declaration of Principle: 22. The realization that for me to be able to change myself - I first have to ‘know thyself’
The 22nd principle I commit myself to live by is the realization that for me to be able to change myself in thought, word and deed to the most effective living being that I can be and become – I first have to ‘know thyself’ and so commit myself to investigate, introspect and understand how I became who I am today, to prepare the road before me into self creation of a responsible, aware, self honest and trustworthy person for myself and so for all.
I am doing this through self-honest writing here on my blog and in private, as well as with the help of my buddy in the DIP course, where I also learn the most effective tools for self-support and self-improvement. While doing so I also offer my assistance to others who want to better themselves so that we can all move faster in creating a world that is best for all and not keep reinventing the wheel while doing so.
The tools I use in investigating my mind (i.e. my thoughts, feelings and emotions) and the consequential behavioral patterns are among others: self-aware breathing, self-honest writing, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application.
In this way I uncover for myself the patterns within my conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind that consists of automated thought patterns and energetic reactions that result in emotional and feeling experiences in my body and then also automatic behavioral patterns that are not supportive for me or people around me. Thus we can call them self-sabotage patterns that I have (and each human has) created and copied from my (his/her) parents or others.
When I see these patterns for what they are, I check if they are supportive for me and others and if I am living them self-directively in awareness. If not, then I forgive myself for not being self-responsible and I write and determine a correction for myself. A new pattern that I will live instead of the old one, this time aligned with what is best for all and so for me as well.
I have noticed and proven to myself how beneficial it is for me to take time each day to write and reflect on my patterns and give myself clear direction. Thus I commit myself to make sure that I self-honestly do my best to apply all of the above every day in writing as well as in breath, as I understand that this is the greatest support I can gift to myself and no one else can ever do it for me.

My Declaration of Principle: 21. We are the change in ourselves and this world
The 21st principle I commit myself to live by is based in the realization that we are the change in ourselves and this world we have been waiting for: and so I commit to dedicate myself and my life for each one as all to realize this, as nothing will change if we don’t change in all that we are, within and without.
Basically, if I don't change, nothing will change. I must not wait for others to change, I must do it myself and be a living example. I can only help make the world a better place for all if I become better in how I live and treat others. I must not only change for myself nad stop there, I must also help others to see how they can change and start living a better life, aligned with what is best for all and therefore best for themselves. This is the only way we can create a world in which we all make sure that everyone has a dignified and fun Life. Anything less is not acceptable.
I see that in being the change I want to see in the world, I obviously cannot stand as that change in every aspect of society, because I can only do so much. But this does not mean that I should make excuses to not stand as the change wherever I can and in every moment of my breath, wherever I am and whoever I am with.
Where am I already being the change? I have stopped drinking alcohol and do not smoke and eat meat only occasionally, I write blogs where I support by self-honest investigation of my patterns and how to improve myslef, I share them with others so that anyone can see how one can change, I am sharing other's blogs and supportive interviews on the internet, I am being active in sharing and developing political (ZEO) and economic oriented solutions (SPURT), I am participating and learning how to implement the new Keshe technologies for free energy and health regeneration, I am being a buddy to anyone who participated in the DIP self-support courses. There are quite a few areas where I am already standing as change, though what I see is that I am not being as consistent in standing as I could and want to be.
Thus I commit myself to make sure that I am constantly directing myself towards being the stable change that is required and to keep reducing my patterns of postponement and procrastination and to keep on stopping my addictive emotional/feeling patterns through which I chase some selfish and unsupportive energetic experience and also to stop coming up with excuses for why not to change wherever I see I can change and become more self-directive and stable as a living example of what is best for all and so for me.

My Declaration of Principle: 20. Realising That My Physical Body Is My Temple
The 20th principle I am committing myself to live by is the realization that my physical body is my temple – my physical body is the living flesh through which and in which I will bring into being and create / manifest heaven on earth as me in my thoughts, words and deeds and so I honour, respect and regard – nurture and support my physical body as I would nurture and support me as equals: my body is me.
By caring for me as my body, I will also care for others and their bodies. This requires physical movement that is supportive for me and others, like exercising, eating healthy and making sure we all respect each other's temples in this way. Thus there is no need for any other temples, like churches, because by believing that a temple is something separate from ourselves, from our bodies, we make ourselves inferior and take away the power we have to be self-directive in every moment and do what is best for all.
If I want to physically live what is best for all and thus me, I first have to do what is best for my body and be a living example of how to take care of myself and support myself as a physical being. Thus I will be able to assist others to do the same. I realized that the way I think about myself and the world is the mind patterns that I create are the root cause of my practical living patterns that I live out each day that are not supportive for my temple and so others. Thus I commit myself to be self-honest and look at my mind-patterns that I have created for myself through thinking and being emotional and using the tools of self-forgiveness and self-correction to realign my mind patterns with the common sense of the physical. I commit to change my behavior that is not supportive for my temple and so the temple of others by firstly changing my mind-patterns of thinking by realigning them to what is practically best for my body and all bodies. I will do this by changing my behavior to see what works best for all and I will take what is good and stop and prevent what is not.

My Declaration of Principle: 19. Being The Change That All Can See

The 19th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the realization that I must purify my thoughts, words and deeds – that my inner becomes my outer, so I bring into creation me as heaven into earth, realising it is not enough to ‘see the change / be the change’ – for change to become REAL it must be a constant, consistent living of me through the words I speak and the actions I live visible and noticeable to all in every moment of breath.
It is important to be the change, because no one will take you seriously if you take a smoke while explaining how harmful and unnecessary it is. And within this it is obviously not enough to just change self and try to avoid the world at the same time. Also if we change to stop smoking for a day or two and then continue, that's also not a self-honest lasting change. Of course smoking is the last of our problems on this world. The biggest problem is our ignorance and egoism, how we are addicted to our feelings and emotions and how we don't care about making sure that we are All well nourished and safe, before we do anything else.
Thus, in order to really change the society we must firstly change ourselves in a way where we a deliberately standing as the visible change that others can see, so that they can realize that it is not impossible and not that hard as it seems at first and so others can ask us how did we do it and why and what did we realize and so we make the change easier for others as well.
This is why we also write public blogs and do videos, so that we can reach as many people as possible, showing how we can all help ourselves to stop creating and participating in everything that we limit ourselves with and so stop all abuse and actually create a Dignified Life for All on earth.

My Declaration of Principle: 18. I am the Change I Want to See in the World
The 18th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the realization that I am the change I want to see in me and my world – to bring heaven to earth is to bring into being, into living the LIVING PROOF of a PRACTICAL HEAVEN that can be seen and heard in our actions and words. We are the Living Heaven that must come into creation in this living world.
In practice this means that I stop creating excuses and justifications for why I am the way I am and why I am not always talking and doing in the way that is best for all. It means that I look at the time I have in a day and see what are the specific activities that I can do in order to move myself and help others move themselves in alignment with the Principle of what is Best for All and towards a society in which all abuse of Life will be prevented and we will all have a guaranteed Dignified Life, because we will guarantee it to each other. And this also means that at the end of the day I introspect myself and my day and see where did I postpone something that must be done, where did I not move myself in alignment with the Principle and how I can correct and improve my application in the next day.
In terms of applying some self-forgiveness in relation to this topic, here are some examples to get one started:
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I must be the change I want to see in the world.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to wish/want/desire to only care for my own self-interest. When and as I see myself wishing/wanting/desiring to only care for my own self-interest - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am with this only creating more abuse and imprison myself more within a society that is ignorant and so create more and more suffering every day. Thus I commit myself to always make sure that I do not allow myself to be ignorant and to consider all Life equally and move myself towards solution of the Living Income Guaranteed proposal as the best solution I know for humanity, so that we can all start supporting each other instead of abusing each other.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I must be willing to let go of all those parts of myself that are selfish, so that I can be the change I know is possible in this world because I know I can change myself as I have proven this to myself many times before in my life.
I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I am using my fear as an excuse not to change and to postpone my change as if I don't know how to overcome the fears and resistances, trying to convince myself that it is in fact so, while I know very well that I can think whatever I want to think and so I can stop thinking about fear and stop coming up with excuses and start moving myself and using my mind to create practical solutions, instead of letting my thoughts run in my head as if I am their slave. Thus I commit myself not to be the slave of my fears, my resistances and my thoughts as I see that this is just an excuse that I create so that I would not have to stand responsible for what I do. I commit myself to apply the tools of breathing, self-forgiveness and to use my mind to support myself and others to come up with solutions for my practical change, for our practical change, according to the Principle of: do not do (ignore) others as you would not want to be done onto (ignored) in their place.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use and abuse excises over and over again, waiting for others, waiting for myself as if I am not the one creating myself and deciding who I am and what I will do in every moment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in excuses as if all I have to do is to come up with an excuse and then suddenly everything will be OK the way it is, not realizing that nothing can ever be excused because excuses do not change anything, thus I must correct and change all abuse that has been allowed and is still allowed because of all the excuses that I come up with.
I see the solution for all the excuses that make abuse of Life possible: it is for me to say stop to all excuses as I see/realize and understand that I can never change and will never change anything as long as I keep creating excuses. I cannot be excused for not standing up for what is Best for All Life. I cannot be excused for being ignorant. I cannot be excused for coming up with excuses of why it is OK that we accept and allow abuse in this world. Excuses make us slaves to our own minds and this is no acceptable. Abuse is not acceptable, ignorance and selfishness is not acceptable, postponement is not acceptable. I am not acceptable as long as I do not do everything I can self-honestly do in every breath to be the best living practical example of what is Best for All Life so that we can create heaven on earth as soon as possible, starting with the implementation of the life supporting society as proposed in the Living Income Guaranteed proposal.

My Declaration of Principle: 17. Standing as a Living Example
The 17th Principle I am committing myself to live by is this: I must in my thoughts, words and deeds – but most importantly in my living actions, become a living example for others in my world that is noticeable and visible when it comes to the potential of a person to change themselves and so change their world. So that more people can realize how we can change this world, by standing united in our self change within the principle of what is best for all to bring heaven to earth.
As I observe myself in self-honesty, I see where I am still being selfish and ignorant and so I change myself by directing myself towards a changed behavior, that will be supportive for all. There are a lot of small moments within which we can all stand as examples to how we can be the change through which we will bring and create a dignified Life for all. A lot of times this simply means that I share my realization about how and why I changed myself and how we can change the way we consider and approach problems by taking self-responsibility. A lot of times I observe people talking and I notice how they express certain beliefs and mind patterns that lead to dead ends, where everyone speaks their mind, but nothing changes in the end. Thus I stand as an example by bringing up a practical solution that is based on the Principle what is Best for All. Or I help people explore where the root of the problem is in order to help them see where the change is needed. But this is just talking. I also constantly push myself to work on things that have to be done in order to actually bring a lasting change to the world. For example I create blogs and vlogs and share and rate the self-supportive blogs that other share. I also make sure that I put the money I have to spare into projects that will help us create a better world. Projects that I am personally involved in so that I can actually see if the effect if actually addressing the root of the problems we have as a society. I also started to align my career with education, so that I will be able to help others, especially children, to become effective, reasonable and emotionally stable self-leaders that will not succumb to greed and ignorance. I am also participating in political parties and groups to connect with people in politic I can work with to bring a lasting change that is Best for All. I have also wrote a statute for a new political party, if all others fail, where we will be able to guarantee that people working within the party will only implement solutions that are Best for All and that create and secure a Dignified Life for all. There are so many ways for all of us to stand as examples to all the problems that we have and face on earth. The only problems is, WE have to be the ones who CHANGE OURSELVES. No one else will come and save us from our own greed, selfishness and ignorance. I can see I am far from being a perfect example for others. I actually see myself as far too lazy still, thus my goal is to make sure that I expand myself and my effectiveness and give my all every day to make sure that I do all that I can to create a world where a Dignified Life is guaranteed for All and where all abuse is prevented.

My Declaration of Principle: 16. Being Equally Responsible for All
The 16th Principle I am committing myself to live by comes from the realisation that by the virtue of me being in this world – my responsibility does not only extend to my own Mind / my own Life, but to the minds and lives of everything and everyone of this earth and so my commitment is to extend this awareness to all of humanity to work together and live together to make this world heaven on earth for ourselves and the generations to come.
Being equally responsible for all come from the realization that we are all part of the same one reality. This means that whatever we do individually and also collectively, we can never escape the consequences of our actions, not even after we die. Lets say that we have no idea about what happens after we die. This means that the chances that we either no longer exist or still exist in another form after we die are 50/50. Now regardless of this, we know that the consequences that we left behind on Earth are still existing even after we die. Would you rather gamble and hope you stop existing after you die, or would you rather make sure that how you live right now is aligned with what is Best for All? The last option is obviously common sense here and if I can offer a suggestion, I would definitely suggest everyone to take this question really seriously and make an informed decision about how you want to live your life, because everyone only really gets one chance to show who one really is as life here on earth.
Living according to this realization means that I in practice share realisations and solutions with others and that my primary goal in creating relationships with other people is to stand as an example of what is best for all and help others to see the common sense and support them with their own alignment with the Principle: do not ignore and do onto others as you would not want to be ignored or done onto you in their place. This also includes daily writing and sharing on the internet and working towards bringing people together under the one Principle that is Best for All.
The main obstacle in all this is of course our own mind consciousness system with thoughts, mind constructs, feelings, emotions and habitual patterns, that is quite extensive and requires from each one to walk the process of self-honest self-correction, through observing self, writing and applying the correction. This is the process where we all have to support each other and make sure that we stay self-honest and constant in applying ourselves every day until it becomes our habit to do what is Best for All in our every breath. And we also have to change the system in a way that we can ensure to all a Dignified Life. So, lots of work to do! Chop, chop!

My Declaration of Principle: 15. Sex as Self Expression
The 15th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the principle of Sex as Self Expression – where sex is an united expression between individuals in honour, respect, consideration and regard of each other as equals, two physical bodies uniting in equality and oneness – a merging of two equals as one physically.
I practice this by removing (with self-forgiveness) any energetic sexual desires that I might have towards sex and my partner, like wanting to have sex in specific sexual positions or judging my partner according to appearance. I practice not letting myself be directed with the desire for sex and to not have an orgasm as a starting point or goal of sex. Instead I practice breathing and focusing on the physical touch, where I explore physical sensations and learn about what my partner finds pleasurable and what I find pleasurable from the sense of physical touch.
I have noticed how I used to use a lot of imagination during sex, where I would imagine or look for certain scenes or poses that would arouse me in order to get the sexual arousal energy more intense, so that my orgasm would be strong. But within that I mostly forgot about enjoying the physical touch itself, because it was all about the energy arousal and pictures. Now I practice to slow down and breathe and observe my thoughts and then I apply self-forgiveness when I see any feelings/emotions or judgements and other thought come up within me as with this I only keep myself away from fully enjoying the physical.
If we look at the porn industry today and how sex is portrayed in such movies, it is mostly very harsh and abusive, especially towards women. The pure fact that someone would watch por in order to masturbate and get sexually aroused shows that we are not with our bodies where we would consider physical touch, instead we consider pictures that we judge and define as arousing and then our only goal is to get as much energy going on as possible before the orgasmic release, mostly not even aware that we abuse our bodies for it, because within that energy we do not even consider if what we do is pleasant for our bodies. We just consider if it is pleasant for our energetic mind-fuck. As a consequence of this, a lot of people don't even know how to explore the physical sensations in a supportive and equal way when having sex with a partner. Sex is not about fulfilling one's desires, it is not about doing what you saw in a porn movie, it is not about having an ultimate energetical orgasmic tantrical comsic experience. Sex is about exploring how to best support your partner and yourself through physical equality and expression in an enjoying way through which a new human being can be conceived when appropriate. Everything else in sex is just a selfish mind delusion.

My Declaration of Principle: 14. Relationships as Agreements
The 14th principle I am committing myself to live by is the principle of Relationships as Agreements, meaning: individuals coming together using agreements as a platform to one-on-one expand, grow and develop as individuals in life and living to support/assist each other unconditionally to reach their utmost potential where the agreement is a coming together of individuals understanding what it means to stand as equals and to stand as one.
What this means in practice is that I will not base my relationships with others on my emotions and feelings or other selfish - only what I want - impulses that I pop up within me from my mind-consciousness system. Instead, I will observe myself in self-honesty through the help of writing and make sure that how I create my relationships with others and what I base them on, is not only best for me, but equally best for the other person, where we can both help each other to expand as who we are as living beings. Not limit each other, like people do when they for example fall in love with someone and then make themselves believe that they cannot live without the other person - this is complete self-limitation and self-diminishment. To achieve this goal, I also have to remove all my emotional patterns that I have been experiencing and creating in the past, such as attraction, love, desire, envy, hate and any others with which I limited myself within my relationships with others.
Within this I also realize how everything that I see within other people is just a reflection of myself. If I hate or judge another, it is because I have created this pattern of thought towards that person within myself and so I am responsible to stop the pattern of hate and judgement, because I am diminishing and limiting both myself and the other person when I participate in it.
Also if I desire to be with another person it is because I see something within that person that I believe I do not have and am separate from, but the solution is not for me to seek for this in another person, instead I learn to give and gift it to myself by myself, because I am the one separating myself from it in the first place by starting to believe that I do not have what I see within another person.
As I take self-responsibility for myself as I described above, I will become my own best support as I always should be and so I will also be able to support others in the best possible way by being an example of how to change self and become a better human being that constantly expands the potential of not only self, but also helps others to do so, by learning and teaching how to be a self-directive human being that is not inferior to one's own emotions and feeling / mind-consciousness system.

My Declaration of Principle: 13. Honouring the life in each person, animal
The 13th principle I am committing myself to live by is the principle of Honouring the life in each person, animal – everything from the great to the small of earth, that we expand our awareness and responsibility to creating the best possible life for everyone and everything and so ourselves.
In practice this means that I do not treat (ignore) others as I would not want to be treated (ignored) in their place. When I look at other people I understand that they are my "mirror", that their life is the same as my life and that we are all part of the same life, even if we perceive ourselves to be separated from each other. I understand that by harming another being I will actually harm myself and thus I will make sure that I cause no harm and that I support others the same way I would like to be supported. I will not judge people by their appearance or what they did in the past, I will not look at the beings of opposite gender as sexual objects, I will not look at people, animals and plants as just objects for my selfish desires, entertainment or my consumption. I will put myself into the "skin" of all living beings and make sure that I support them the best I can and not allow any abuse to happen to them, within practical common sense. Of course I cannot avoid walking on the grass or participating within the killing of animals for food, but what I can do is make sure that I search and stand for solutions that will minimize the abuse of living beings. I can make sure that I do not cause or ignore abuse of life where I can prevent it and so I commit myself to always make sure that I honor Life in all living beings.

My Declaration of Principle: 12. Not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world
The 12th principle I am committing myself to live by is the point of not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world – but that I realize I have created who and how I am in this moment, therefore I have the responsibility to change who and how I am and so the realization that we as a collective created how and what this world is today and so it is the responsibility of the collective to change how and what this world is today.
It sounds simple enough and makes perfect sense in self-honesty. I am responsible for everything I do because I am the one doing it and allowing it. And within the bigger reality I am equally responsible for the world and how it is as I am participating and influencing the world as a whole. The realization in itself is simple. What this means in practice is that I must take self-responsibility in every breath to self-direct myself in a way that is best for all. This requires persistence and specificity, because when we really look at ourselves in self-honesty, we see how selfish and ignorant we really are and how we are allowing ourselves to be directed by our energetic emotional reactions and selfish thought impulses, instead of us being the directive principle and always directing ourselves according to The Principle of: do not treat (ignore) other as you would not want to be treated (ignored) in their place. So, how I strive to achieve this in my everyday life is to gently push myself through the resistances by using self-forgiveness and so changing myself to gradually take full-responsibility for myself and all my patterns, thoughts, emotions and feelings. I observe myself and see where I still blame others for how I feel or for the situation I am/we are in. Then I change the pattern into looking at what can I do to stand as the solution for the problem/abuse I see I have since now avoided, ignored or participated in. I direct myself to get involved in activities that have to be done in order to create a world where a dignified life for all is guaranteed. Such as politics, education and developing effective, consistent patterns that will support me and everyone else in reaching our full potential and stopping all the (self) abuse that we now still accept and allow in this world. This also includes writing a blog for self support and support of others. Reading, sharing and rating the blogs and common sense principles. Educating myself about how the mind works and how I can become more effective and more aligned with The Principle, how the system works, looking at problems and developing practical solutions that everyone can apply.
So, it is all about forgiving away my selfishness and aligning myself with The Principle, to stand as the solution to all the abuse in this world. The only reason why we have all this abuse in our world is because we are all individually accepting it and allowing it and even participating in it, creating it. This is not acceptable and so, we are all responsible to take complete self-responsibility to change ourselves and start doing what is best for all in every breathe.

My Declaration of Principle: 11. No one can save you, save yourself
![]() |
Still waiting for a savior? |
The eleventh principle I commit myself to live by is he realization that I must save myself, because no one can do it for me. This means that I use the tools and principles of Desteni is my guide, but I must walk the path myself. We are here to assist and support each other in this process from Consciousness to Awareness/LIFE and what it means to live – but the process itself, where you are alone with yourself in your own Mind: is walked alone.
If we look at the basic tools of Desteni: self-honesty, self-forgiveness and self-correction, everything is about self. Only I can be honest with myself about what goes on in my thoughts, what emotions and feelings I am creating - no one can do this for me. If I do not allow myself to see the abuse and the patterns that I am creating and allowing within my mind and consequently in my living actions, then I cannot stop myself and correct my behavior and my starting point. No one can force me to change myself and who I make myself to be. It is really a simple point that we all understand: every one is completely responsible for self, who self is, what one accepts and allows. Thus any king of idea that some sort of a savior can save us from our own acceptances and allowances, is just a delusional idea, because it is practically impossible for someone to save us: we must save ourselves by changing ourselves and align ourselves to always work according to the Principle that is Best for All: Do not do unto others as you would not want to be done unto you. This does not just happen because we decided so in one moment. We have to walk a process of practical self.change that requires actual work and effort. There is no real quick solution.
The way I do this is as explained, through using the (Desteni) tools of self-honest writing, where I look at myself daily and see the thoughts that I am thinking, the emotions and feelings that I am creating and the living actions I am accepting and allowing. This way I see where I am being selfish, inconsiderate, egoistic, ignorant, spiteful or in some other way distracted by my positive feelings and other mind constructs that are not necessary and through which I create and allow abuse within myself and so in this world. Then I apply self-forgiveness on every specific pattern that I identify in my writing with which I release the point, take responsibility for it and commit myself to no more live the same way and to change myself. I write down the solution, the who I have to become as a solution that will be best for all and thus best for me as well. Then, after the writing, I make sure that I apply the correction practically in my everyday life. And this takes practice, because I lived a lot of the abusive patterns for a long time and so I have to learn to unlearn them and change myself in how I direct myself in such situations so that I am aligned with the Principle.
Many people may find it scary, that each one is fully responsible for oneself and that each one must save oneself, because no one else can do it for another. But when you really look at it without the emotions, it is quite liberating, because one is just dependent on self, meaning, we do not have to wait for a savior to come and save us, we can just do it ourselves, each one alone, but still each one helping each other as well when another is willing to receive some support through perspectives and experiences of others that have walked before him/her.
So, what are we waiting for? Let's save ourselves by being the change that we want to see in the world. It is not a quick fix or a magical solution, but it is The Solution.
