My Declaration of Principle: 19. Being The Change That All Can See

The 19th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the realization that I must purify my thoughts, words and deeds – that my inner becomes my outer, so I bring into creation me as heaven into earth, realising it is not enough to ‘see the change / be the change’ – for change to become REAL it must be a constant, consistent living of me through the words I speak and the actions I live visible and noticeable to all in every moment of breath.

It is important to be the change, because no one will take you seriously if you take a smoke while explaining how harmful and unnecessary it is. And within this it is obviously not enough to just change self and try to avoid the world at the same time. Also if we change to stop smoking for a day or two and then continue, that's also not a self-honest lasting change. Of course smoking is the last of our problems on this world. The biggest problem is our ignorance and egoism, how we are addicted to our feelings and emotions and how we don't care about making sure that we are All well nourished and safe, before we do anything else.

Thus, in order to really change the society we must firstly change ourselves in a way where we a deliberately standing as the visible change that others can see, so that they can realize that it is not impossible and not that hard as it seems at first and so others can ask us how did we do it and why and what did we realize and so we make the change easier for others as well.

This is why we also write public blogs and do videos, so that we can reach as many people as possible, showing how we can all help ourselves to stop creating and participating in everything that we limit ourselves with and so stop all abuse and actually create a Dignified Life for All on earth.

My Declaration of Principle: 18. I am the Change I Want to See in the World

The 18th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the realization that I am the change I want to see in me and my world – to bring heaven to earth is to bring into being, into living the LIVING PROOF of a PRACTICAL HEAVEN that can be seen and heard in our actions and words. We are the Living Heaven that must come into creation in this living world.

In practice this means that I stop creating excuses and justifications for why I am the way I am and why I am not always talking and doing in the way that is best for all. It means that I look at the time I have in a day and see what are the specific activities that I can do in order to move myself and help others move themselves in alignment with the Principle of what is Best for All and towards a society in which all abuse of Life will be prevented and we will all have a guaranteed Dignified Life, because we will guarantee it to each other. And this also means that at the end of the day I introspect myself and my day and see where did I postpone something that must be done, where did I not move myself in alignment with the Principle and how I can correct and improve my application in the next day.

In terms of applying some self-forgiveness in relation to this topic, here are some examples to get one started:

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I must be the change I want to see in the world.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to wish/want/desire to only care for my own self-interest. When and as I see myself wishing/wanting/desiring to only care for my own self-interest - I stop and breathe. I realize and understand that I am with this only creating more abuse and imprison myself more within a society that is ignorant and so create more and more suffering every day. Thus I commit myself to always make sure that I do not allow myself to be ignorant and to consider all Life equally and move myself towards solution of the Living Income Guaranteed proposal as the best solution I know for humanity, so that we can all start supporting each other instead of abusing each other.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I must be willing to let go of all those parts of myself that are selfish, so that I can be the change I know is possible in this world because I know I can change myself as I have proven this to myself many times before in my life.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I am using my fear as an excuse not to change and to postpone my change as if I don't know how to overcome the fears and resistances, trying to convince myself that it is in fact so, while I know very well that I can think whatever I want to think and so I can stop thinking about fear and stop coming up with excuses and start moving myself and using my mind to create practical solutions, instead of letting my thoughts run in my head as if I am their slave. Thus I commit myself not to be the slave of my fears, my resistances and my thoughts as I see that this is just an excuse that I create so that I would not have to stand responsible for what I do. I commit myself to apply the tools of breathing, self-forgiveness and to use my mind to support myself and others to come up with solutions for my practical change, for our practical change, according to the Principle of: do not do (ignore) others as you would not want to be done onto (ignored) in their place.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use and abuse excises over and over again, waiting for others, waiting for myself as if I am not the one creating myself and deciding who I am and what I will do in every moment.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe in excuses as if all I have to do is to come up with an excuse and then suddenly everything will be OK the way it is, not realizing that nothing can ever be excused because excuses do not change anything, thus I must correct and change all abuse that has been allowed and is still allowed because of all the excuses that I come up with.

I see the solution for all the excuses that make abuse of Life possible: it is for me to say stop to all excuses as I see/realize and understand that I can never change and will never change anything as long as I keep creating excuses. I cannot be excused for not standing up for what is Best for All Life. I cannot be excused for being ignorant. I cannot be excused for coming up with excuses of why it is OK that we accept and allow abuse in this world. Excuses make us slaves to our own minds and this is no acceptable. Abuse is not acceptable, ignorance and selfishness is not acceptable, postponement is not acceptable. I am not acceptable as long as I do not do everything I can self-honestly do in every breath to be the best living practical example of what is Best for All Life so that we can create heaven on earth as soon as possible, starting with the implementation of the life supporting society as proposed in the Living Income Guaranteed proposal.

My Declaration of Principle: 17. Standing as a Living Example

The 17th Principle I am committing myself to live by is this: I must in my thoughts, words and deeds – but most importantly in my living actions, become a living example for others in my world that is noticeable and visible when it comes to the potential of a person to change themselves and so change their world. So that more people can realize how we can change this world, by standing united in our self change within the principle of what is best for all to bring heaven to earth.

As I observe myself in self-honesty, I see where I am still being selfish and ignorant and so I change myself by directing myself towards a changed behavior, that will be supportive for all. There are a lot of small moments within which we can all stand as examples to how we can be the change through which we will bring and create a dignified Life for all. A lot of times this simply means that I share my realization about how and why I changed myself and how we can change the way we consider and approach problems by taking self-responsibility. A lot of times I observe people talking and I notice how they express certain beliefs and mind patterns that lead to dead ends, where everyone speaks their mind, but nothing changes in the end. Thus I stand as an example by bringing up a practical solution that is based on the Principle what is Best for All. Or I help people explore where the root of the problem is in order to help them see where the change is needed. But this is just talking. I also constantly push myself to work on things that have to be done in order to actually bring a lasting change to the world. For example I create blogs and vlogs and share and rate the self-supportive blogs that other share. I also make sure that I put the money I have to spare into projects that will help us create a better world. Projects that I am personally involved in so that I can actually see if the effect if actually addressing the root of the problems we have as a society. I also started to align my career with education, so that I will be able to help others, especially children, to become effective, reasonable and emotionally stable self-leaders that will not succumb to greed and ignorance. I am also participating in political parties and groups to connect with people in politic I can work with to bring a lasting change that is Best for All. I have also wrote a statute for a new political party, if all others fail, where we will be able to guarantee that people working within the party will only implement solutions that are Best for All and that create and secure a Dignified Life for all. There are so many ways for all of us to stand as examples to all the problems that we have and face on earth. The only problems is, WE have to be the ones who CHANGE OURSELVES. No one else will come and save us from our own greed, selfishness and ignorance. I can see I am far from being a perfect example for others. I actually see myself as far too lazy still, thus my goal is to make sure that I expand myself and my effectiveness and give my all every day to make sure that I do all that I can to create a world where a Dignified Life is guaranteed for All and where all abuse is prevented.

My Declaration of Principle: 15. Sex as Self Expression

The 15th Principle I am committing myself to live by is the principle of Sex as Self Expression – where sex is an united expression between individuals in honour, respect, consideration and regard of each other as equals, two physical bodies uniting in equality and oneness – a merging of two equals as one physically.

I practice this by removing (with self-forgiveness) any energetic sexual desires that I might have towards sex and my partner, like wanting to have sex in specific sexual positions or judging my partner according to appearance. I practice not letting myself be directed with the desire for sex and to not have an orgasm as a starting point or goal of sex. Instead I practice breathing and focusing on the physical touch, where I explore physical sensations and learn about what my partner finds pleasurable and what I find pleasurable from the sense of physical touch.

I have noticed how I used to use a lot of imagination during sex, where I would imagine or look for certain scenes or poses that would arouse me in order to get the sexual arousal energy more intense, so that my orgasm would be strong. But within that I mostly forgot about enjoying the physical touch itself, because it was all about the energy arousal and pictures. Now I practice to slow down and breathe and observe my thoughts and then I apply self-forgiveness when I see any feelings/emotions or judgements and other thought come up within me as with this I only keep myself away from fully enjoying the physical.

If we look at the porn industry today and how sex is portrayed in such movies, it is mostly very harsh and abusive, especially towards women. The pure fact that someone would watch por in order to masturbate and get sexually aroused shows that we are not with our bodies where we would consider physical touch, instead we consider pictures that we judge and define as arousing and then our only goal is to get as much energy going on as possible before the orgasmic release, mostly not even aware that we abuse our bodies for it, because within that energy we do not even consider if what we do is pleasant for our bodies. We just consider if it is pleasant for our energetic mind-fuck. As a consequence of this, a lot of people don't even know how to explore the physical sensations in a supportive and equal way when having sex with a partner. Sex is not about fulfilling one's desires, it is not about doing what you saw in a porn movie, it is not about having an ultimate energetical orgasmic tantrical comsic experience. Sex is about exploring how to best support your partner and yourself through physical equality and expression in an enjoying way through which a new human being can be conceived when appropriate. Everything else in sex is just a selfish mind delusion.

Day 190 - My Declaration of Principle: 10. Making Love Visible

The 10th principle I commit myself to live by is the principle of: Making Love Visible – through me not accepting/allowing anything less than my utmost potential, I support those in my life to reach their utmost potential, to love them as I have shown love to myself by gifting to me my utmost potential, the best life/living experience and show others as I have shown myself what it means to LIVE.

Through walking my process of applying self-honesty and self-forgiveness I firstly start loving myself by stopping the self-blame, self-hatred, self-judgment and other self-abuse, where I make sure that I give myself attention and care. With this I stop suppressing my own problems (thoughts and emotional reactions) that come up within me and take complete self-responsibility for them, where I make sure that I align my living principles to practical common sense and what is Best for All. This means that I create relationships with others based on the understanding that we are all equal as Life and that separation between us is actually not real, because it is just a selfish perception of spite within my mind, that I used to justify my selfishness, my ego, my ignorance and my abuse towards others.

Walking and applying this practically is a process of conscious effort to change myself practically, where I for example examine where do I react to others with anger, blame and spitefulness, forgive these emotions, thoughts and patterns of behavior and then apply the correction practically, where I don't react anymore to another emotionally. Instead I understand that I don't have to take what others do personally, but put myself into their shoes and see what they are going through and so, based on my realizations and self-correction, stand as support for them, where I listen, understand and explain how I have dealt with such and similar problems another is facing and how I have learned to take responsibility for myself, to be my own solution to every problem that I created and become aware of.

Within such constant practical application I take self-responsibility for myself where I learn to live the word care and love practically, not as an emotion that is sometimes here and sometimes transformed into hate and spite. And as I gave an example above, this is how I make love actually visible through the ways I change myself in how I approach myself, other people and any situation that needs to be directed in a way that is Best for All.

Making love visible often also means to help me and others to see what I/they don't really want to see by being brutally self-honest and finding the core of the problem within me or another, as only by taking self-responsibility for the primary cause of the problem within ourselves, we can truly remove it by changing ourselves and standing as a solution. This means that I must push myself though the fears and perceived limitations and make sure that I do not accept any bullshit from myself or another, because only by going beyond the fears and perceived limitations can we truly extend our potential and so make sure that we become the best we can be.

There cannot be any visible love if we simply allow ourselves and each other to stagnate within our comfort zones that we trapped ourselves into because of our fears and emotions. It is our responsibility to constantly encourage ourselves and each other to break all self-limitations and stop all the ignorance, until we can be sure that all abuse of Life has been stopped and prevented.

My Declaration of Principle: 6. Self Responsibility in Thought, Word and Deed

The sixth principle that I am committing myself to live by is the realization that who I am in thought, word and deed affects not only myself – but others as well and so with Self Responsibility in thought, word and deed – I take Responsibility for myself and so my relationships to be Self Aware in every moment and live in such a way that is best for me and so others as well.

I am creating myself through the words that I think and speak as with these words I define my intentions and actions and so I am responsible for every word that I think, thus I have to align my words and my thoughts with the principle of what is best for all Life. This way I can make sure that I will not abuse myself as Life, but instead create through words what is Best for All Life.

I can see how I am still using words, thoughts and actions that divide me and others, that create separation within me and between me and others and how through this I am the one who still participates in the abuse of self as Life and so all Life. I can see this in the feelings and emotions that I create with words and then live out. I can see this in my thoughts of spite and anger, in thoughts of blame, judgment and fear. I can self-honestly see this in my words, thoughts, habits and actions, where I have still not taken full self-responsibility for who I am and what I stand for. And so, because I am still not in all ways standing as the principle "do not do onto others as you would not want to be done onto you", I commit myself to continuously walk the process of self-honesty, self-forgiveness and self-corrective application where I will align myself to the principle of what is Best for All Life, so that I will stand as a practical example of how we can all co-exist and co-create in a way that is Best for All.

Thoughts:
I take self-responsibility for all my thoughts by observing myself self-honestly in every breath and then write down the mind patterns that I observe that come up within me throughout the day. This way I see and can realize how I have created my various mind patterns and consequently, how I am creating the emotions and feelings within my body. After I see the pattern, I apply the principle of self-forgiveness, where I remove the bond that I have created towards the specific mind pattern that I am forgiving myself for and so I free myself from it in a way where I can then decide what exactly do I want to live instead of that pattern and I make sure that who I am within the new pattern that I am creating is what is best for All Life and so best for myself as Life. I do this through writing my blogs and doing my DIP assignments, where I work with my buddies that help me realize the patterns that I am participating in, so that I can be more effective in my process and so I also help others to see their own patterns and help them as I would like to be helped and together we align ourselves with Life and what is Best for All.

Words:
I take self-responsibility for the words I think, speak and live by looking at how I have defined the words. I self-honestly see if I have any emotional reactions towards specific words and then I remove these reactions through self-forgiveness. Then I look at how I have defined the specific word and check if the definition helps me to live the word in a way that is Best for All. If this is not so, then I re-define the word in a way that is supportive for me and all, so that I can start using and living the word in a way where I will not create abuse, separation or harm, but only what is Best for All.

Deeds:
I take self-responsibility for the deeds and actions I do and participate in by observing myself in self-honesty in every breath and making a note for myself every time where I see that I am not acting in a way that is Best for All. Then I look at my thoughts and words that I used in my mind to plan and justify my deeds and so by taking self-responsibility for my words and thoughts, I change myself and realign myself, my deeds and actions, to what is Best for All in Oneness and Equality.

For a further perspective on how we create ourselves and our world with words I suggest you also read one of my previous blogs: How words create our world

My Declaration of Principle: 3. Living by the principle of self honesty

This is the most important principle in anyone's life, because self-honesty is a required precondition that enables one to see self as one really is and so the world as it really is. Without this principle, any meaningful change of self into an effective living being is impossible, because one is not able to see, realize and understand the real causes for ones behavior, emotions and thoughts within self and consequently, one also cannot realize the real causes for the problems that we see in the world. There is also a huge difference between honesty and self-honesty. We are honest when we speak openly to others about our thoughts, emotions and actions, about our intentions. But if we are not self-honest, then we don't really understand where are all our emotions, thoughts and intentions cumming from and why. When we are not self-honest, we don't see, realize and understand the real causes for our behavior and our state of beingness and so we also to not see, realize and understand the real causes for the state of the world and the problems that we have in this world. But what is most unacceptable is that, when we are not self-honest, we do not see, realize and understand how we ourselves have to change self in our thoughts and actions in order to solve the problems that we have in this world and stand as an effective solution that is best for all. Thus the principle of always being honest with self is always of the most importance.

I am directing myself to practice this principle of self-honesty every day in every breath. This means that I look at my thoughts, feelings and emotions and actions and get to see, realize and understand how I work, why am I the way I am and how do I have to practically change in order to become an effective human being, that stands as an example of how we humans can actually change our 'nature', the 'who we are' and decide to be, and become a force that does not allow abuse of life, but only what is best for All Life.

Through applying self-honesty, I have stopped drinking alcohol, because I realized what the actual effects of it are and why am I really drinking it. It was to run away from self and so because I knew that I can change and how to practically do it - I did it and stopped drinking alcohol, because I had no need for it anymore.

Through self-honesty I already realized many things. One of them being that I have to stand as an example of how every human can change and so how we can all together change and create a world that is Best for All. I realized that as long as there is any abuse of Life on Earth, the only meaningful and most important thing in my life or in life of any other being is to make sure to stop it, correct it and help to create a world that is best for all, because this is the only way that we can all make sure that we will never be abused and that everyone will have a dignified life that all can enjoy.

There is still very little self-honesty among people in this world and the result of it can be clearly seen everywhere in suffering and abuse of Life. This is not acceptable. We usually look at self-honesty as something frightening, because our mind doesn't want to face the facts, we often don't want to be completely responsible for ourselves, because it is so easy to go into one's mind / imagination and to let one's feelings and emotions to guide self, instead of self being self-responsible and directing oneself according to what is best for all. We see this the latter as hard and come up with tons of excuses of why we would rather not deal with self-honesty and just look away, like when we see a homeless person on the street. "Not my problem! It's his/hers own fault! Thank god I have my job!". Well, what if you were the homeless person or the one that is abuse? The one who no-one wants to help? In self-honesty, we put ourselves into the shoes of others and we treat others the same way we would like to be treated if we were in their place. Such behavior is not hard. It is much harder to look away and feel bad about it then to simply take self-responsibility to work on solutions that are best for all. Then one doesn't have to feel bad about anything anymore, because one is self-honest.

But we cannot just become self-honest in one moment and from that moment on do everything right and according to what is best for all, because it is a process of getting to know oneself in self-honesty through writing and observing self and then realizing how self must change. Then we can actually practice this change and in the end we actually become the change that we realized is best for all. This is why I am writing this blog and using the tools of self-forgiveness and others. This blog is a statement of my personal process and change that I am going through by applying self-honesty. I invite you to join me and many others in walking the process of self-honesty and self-change. Because after all, this IS what is BEST for ALL and what we all have to do in order to stop living in misery.

My Declaration of Principle: 2. Living by the principle of what is best for all

The second principle I am commuting myself to live by is the principle of what is best for all. People mostly have a problem understanding what this means, many even think that living such a principle is impossible. This is because most of the people almost never consider what is best for all and only work according to what is best for themselves or their loved ones, while mostly disregarding the negative consequences that others must experience because of such behavior. So, to better explain this principle of what is best for all, we can also explain ti this way: it is a principle of not doing onto another what we wouldn't want to be done onto ourselves. It is a principle of - if it is not good for everyone, it is no good at all.

We can only work according to this principle of what is best for all, when we remove our personal desires, wishes and wants that are irrational - meaning - we removed the desires that are attached to specific emotions and feelings. We remove the idea that our desires are more relevant than the rational requirements that we all as people have for being able to live a dignified life. To make it really simple: If I own 10 houses that are mostly empty - out of my desire to have the most amount of money and power and luxury - while there are at the same time homeless people in my country - then my desire is irrational and not according to what is best for all, because I am preventing fellow human beings from having a house to live in and have a dignified life as well. Therefore, the correction that I must make is to remove my desires for irrational power and luxury, by applying self-forgiveness and self-corrective application and thus aligning myself and my intentions to what is best for all, by making sure that I help to implement a solution, where a dignified life for all is guaranteed. This would mean that I would only be entitled to have one house / place I call my home, as long as there are people who still do not have a house. Because to give and gift to all what I would also like for myself is what is best for all, because in this I am equally included. When we live by such a principle, everyone will have a dignified and fun life, where no one will have a problem switching the place / position with anyone else, because we will treat others the same way as we would like to be treated in their place.

Doing what is best for all is basically doing only that which supports All Life and doesn't cause harm and abuse. This concept is not hard to grasp and understand, but we have to apply it practically in every breath and this is where it gets more tricky, because when we look at the specific decisions that we can make, it is often not so clear what the best decision would be. This decision making process requires one to firstly completely remove one's own emotional irrational desires and then one has to look at how to direct oneself, so that one will not limit oneself but live one's utmost potential in a way that will create the most support, not just for self, but for All Life. This is where self-honesty is essential. If we are not self-honest about our desires and about our intentions and make sure that what we do will result in support for all, then we cannot make effective decisions and will only act in self-interest. This means that we will disregard others and how the consequences of our actions and inaction effect others. And this is not acceptable.

One point that I also find important in my decision making process is to be well informed and firstly know what the real situation is, what are the possible solutions that already exist and what the existing relationships are within the system and between the people. This helps me to make a much better decision, because I also take into consideration everything that is outside of myself. In fact, this is the only way one can make decisions that will support all - by knowing the facts. By knowing what already works and what doesn't work, what solutions are already available and what solutions do not really solve anything, because they do not address the real cause of the problem, which mostly lies within ourselves and how we as humans think and behave and create relationships between ourselves. If we create relationships of superiority and inferiority, then we will inevitably create the master-slave relationship, which always leads to abuse and is therefore not acceptable. Anywhere we go today, we can see the master-slave relationship being imposed by people in various ways. The most obvious ones being education or creating an army of men that must follow authority and never question their actions. All this is not acceptable and not what is best for all.

The simplest guidance that I use for myself when directing myself to do what is best for all is to always practice putting myself into the shoes of another and then treating them as I would like to be treated, if I was in their shoes - and to not do onto another what I would not want to be done onto myself.

The Desteni of Living - My Declaration of Principle

Here I post the principles I am committing to live by as an individual, but also together with others. In order to create a world that is Best for All Life and where a Dignified Life for All is guaranteed, we as people have to start living by the principles, through which we will accept only actions that are supportive for All Life. Everyone has to realize for oneself that such principled living is necessary in order to stop all the abuse of Life and stand as an example of what is Best for All Life. I have to be the living example and this is my goal, therefore I will be taking every principle / point from this list and give practical examples of how I am living every individual principle and how I have changed within it and how I am also consequently changing the world. I will be updating this blog and posting a link beside each point / principle to the blog where I will be exploring and explaining the principle / point in detail.

1. Realizing and living my utmost potential.

2. Living by the principle of what is best for all – guiding me in thought, word and deed to always in all ways direct problems to the best possible outcome for all.

3. Living by the principle of self honesty – to ensure I am pure in thought, word and deed: that my within and without is equal and one. Who I am within is who I am without and vice-versa.

4. Self Purification through Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Application – the action of realizing I am responsible for my own thoughts, words and deeds, to forgive myself for transgressions and change myself to ensure I take responsibility for who, what and how I am and through this know that I can trust myself to always be honest with me and so others.

5. Living the principle of Self Responsibility – realizing only I am responsible for what I accept and allow inside of me, my relationships and my outside world and so with this responsibility: only I have the power and ability to change that which I see is compromising who I am, what I live and how this affects others.

6. Realizing that who I am in thought, word and deed affects not only myself – but others as well and so with Self Responsibility in thought, word and deed – I take responsibility for myself and so my relationships to be Self Aware in every moment and live in such a way that is best for me and so others as well.

7. Living the Principle of Self Awareness – to be aware, to see, to recognize my own thoughts and Mind, to be self honest to the extent where I can take responsibility for when I see my thoughts / Mind is not what is best for me / others and commit to immediately take responsibility and change for myself and so for others.

8. With taking responsibility for myself, becoming aware of myself – take responsibility and become aware of others in my life, to assist and support them as I am assisting and supporting myself – to give as you would like to receive and do the extra bit every day to see where I can contribute to other’s lives and so my own.

9. Living the principle of self trust – as I commit myself to remain constant in my living of self honesty, self responsibility and self awareness, I stand as an unbending trust that I always in all ways know who I am no matter what I face and that in this I know, as proven in the constancy of my living that I will always honour and stand by what is best for all and so best for me.

10. Making Love Visible – through me not accepting/allowing anything less than my utmost potential, I support those in my life to reach their utmost potential, to love them as I have shown love to myself by gifting to me my utmost potential, the best life/living experience and show others as I have shown myself what it means to LIVE.

11. No one can save you, save yourself – the realization that the tools and principles of Desteni is the guide, but I must walk the path myself. We are here to assist and support each other in this process from Consciousness to Awareness/LIFE and what it means to live – but the process itself, where you are alone with yourself in your own Mind: is walked alone.

12. Not waiting for anything or anyone to take responsibility for me and this world – but that I realize I have created who and how I am in this moment, therefore I have the responsibility to change who and how I am and so the realization that we as a collective created how and what this world is today and so it is the responsibility of the collective to change how and what this world is today.

13. Honouring the life in each person, animal – everything from the great to the small of earth, that we expand our awareness and responsibility to creating the best possible life for everyone and everything and so ourselves.

14. Relationships as Agreements: individuals coming together using agreements as a platform to one-on-one expand, grow and develop as individuals in life and living to support/assist each other unconditionally to reach their utmost potential where the agreement is a coming together of individuals understanding what it means to stand as equals and to stand as one.

15. Sex as Self Expression – where sex is an united expression between individuals in honour, respect, consideration and regard of each other as equals, two physical bodies uniting in equality and oneness – a merging of two equals as one physically.

16. Realising that by the virtue of me being in this world – my responsibility does not only extend to my own Mind / my own Life, but to the minds and lives of everything and everyone of this earth and so my commitment is to extend this awareness to all of humanity to work together and live together to make this world heaven on earth for ourselves and the generations to come

17. I must in my thoughts, words and deeds – but most importantly in my living actions, become a living example for others in my world that is noticeable and visible when it comes to the potential of a person to change themselves and so change their world. So that more people can realise how we can change this world, by standing united in our self change within the principle of what is best for all to bring heaven to earth.

18. I am the change I want to see in me and my world – to bring heaven to earth is to bring into being, into living the LIVING PROOF of a PRACTICAL HEAVEN that can be seen and heard in our actions and words. We are the Living Heaven that must come into creation in this living world.

19. Through purifying my thoughts, words and deeds – my inner becomes my outer, so I bring into creation me as heaven into earth, realising it is not enough to ‘see the change / be the change’ – for change to become REAL it must be a constant, consistent living of me through the words I speak and the actions I live visible and noticeable to all in every moment of breath.

20. Realising that my physical body is my temple – my physical body is the living flesh through which and in which I will bring into being and create / manifest heaven on earth as me in my thoughts, words and deeds and so I honour, respect and regard – nurture and support my physical body as I would nurture and support me as equals: my body is me.

21. We are the change in ourselves and this world we have been waiting for: and so I commit to dedicate myself and my life for each one as all to realize this, as nothing will change if we don’t change in all that we are, within and without.

22. The realisation that for me to be able to change myself in thought, word and deed to the most effective living being that I can be and become – I first have to ‘know thyself’ and so commit myself to investigate, introspect and understand how I became who I am today, to prepare the road before me into self creation of a responsible, aware, self honest and trustworthy person for myself and so for all.

23. The realisation that for me to be able to contribute to change in this world – I have to get to ‘know thyself’ as this world and so commit myself to research, investigate and introspect the inner and outer workings of this world and align the systems of today to present and give the best possible life for all on Earth.

2011 - I'm into something great - check it out - solve you problems NOW!

I've been doing it for quite some time and it works, I promise, it's the best thing you'll ever do in you whole life!

So what am I talking about? A few years ago I found out how to deal with personal stuff, you know, the things that bother you on yourself or others, like fears and judgments and everything that you experience as 'bad' and have an unpleasant feeling about. It's all very simple. First you have to slow down - like, slow down you mind, thoughts and everything - and just be here, breathing, feeling your breath and your body. (Don't meditate that's retarded...) Now stay in this mode like forever. LoL I know it's like WTF but you can do it, believe me, you just need to practice it.

So while in this mode of being physically here all the time (not in your mind but here = physically), you can actually see your thoughts and how they pop up in your head. Now here's the trick; realize: you are not your thoughts! Yes, you are the one allowing them to pop up in your head, but - you are not your thoughts! You can stop them and it's simple: self-forgiveness. I'm sure you heard lots of times people saying you have to forgive someone or ask someone for forgiveness but that's just stupid. You have to forgive yourself! Your thoughts, fears, feeling, emotions, memories, everything! Because guess what? You'll still be here after doing so. You won't die, you won't go anywhere, you won't stop to remember, you won't become a retard or a zombie (please, give me a break) you'll still be right here, fully functional and enjoying yourself! Don't believe me, just try it out, I'm telling you! It works. The best way to do it is to write your thoughts and shit that pops up in your head and makes you feel bad or limits your expression - like self-judgments, self-definitions, traumatic memories, whatever... - you write it all down on a paper or blog or whatever and you do self-forgiveness. Check out my blog (you're reading it), you will find some examples. I'm telling you, try it out, you'll be amazed!
But this is just the beginning. You can (and should) do this for every accepted and allowed self-definition you have ever made! Why? Because it's all crap, I mean seriously. Why would you believe that you are of a certain nationality for instance? You are life, you live, like a tree or a cat or a fly! Don't define yourself in your head with something that's not real. Be one and equal with everything that is here, physically. Life is so simple if you do this because you will not have a worry on you mind, ever again! Yeah, I know it sounds crazy but I've tried it and it works! I'm not saying I'm a guru or something, I'm just saying it works and it's great. Just give yourself a chance, please, because we'll all have a better time here on Earth.

I'll explain some more: You don't have to worry what's going to happen tomorrow at work when you're at home because it's just not relevant. you just stay in the breath, here, wherever you are and don't go into thoughts. Forgive them, let them go and fade away. Stay here in the physical, be one and equal with what is here. What do I mean one and equal? It's simple, we are all one stuff, connected, out of atoms, sharing everything, you can see for yourself, be self honest. We are all one, never separated. And we are all equal in essence, we are life! Even rocks, I mean OK, they don't move and eat and shit but they are still here just like you. Sure they can't break a leg but that doesn't mean we should abuse them and destroy everything that apparently doesn't feel pain just because we can. That's stupid. Understand this and you'll be equal to the world and do what is best for all, always, because you will see yourself in everything! It's very simple; if you don't understand, read it again. If you have any reactions, thoughts coming up, forgive them! You are not your thoughts! You are life, don't waste it away by accepting and allowing your thoughts, feelings and emotions to possess you and guide you into doing things that are selfish, destructive and stupid. Abuse will always come back to you. It's all common sense, just be self honest.
Try it out, I dare you! Do you think I (or any decent human being) enjoy(s) watching people throwing garbage around and abusing animals and nature and each other and everything? Nobody does, but people are still doing it! Why? I just explained it to you. Because they are mind-fucked! They follow their thoughts, emotions, feelings, wants, desires, they get greedy, angry, sexually unsatisfied... just because they allow their thoughts to possess them and their feelings and emotions to possess them. Don't do it, get smart, forgive yourself.

In fact go and do it right now! Try it out, don't postpone, don't let yourself forget about it because you'll get lost again. In your head, in your thoughts, it's all illusion, not real. There are lots of people already doing it, check out the links on this site. I'm not saying I figured it all out and I'm now the master of this, I'm just sharing my experience here because it freaking works!
Imagine, we can change the world through changing self by simply applying self-forgiveness! Forgive yourself everything, start anew, be one and equal with all that is here and do what is best for all! With this you can change your-self and your attitude instantly! (OK maybe it will take you some time to forgive all your accepted and allowed self-limitations and self-definitions like "I'm a loser I can't do it" or "NO! I want to kill people!" or whatever but you can do it, everyone can! Just stay here breathing, no thoughts, no judgments, no feelings/emotions defining you. Just you here, one and equal!) If we show all people how to do this we can make heaven on Earth in no time! Focus on self first, the best way to show people is with your own example. Others will see the change in you, they'll notice the ease with which you live and solve problems, just by using common sense, what is here, what is best for all. OK, that's it for now.

Let me know when you try it! I'll help you out! Leave a comment or whatever, I'll write you back.

Also as I said, there are already a lot of people doing this and we also came up with some cool solutions that will help everyone on the world! Like The Equal Money System. Check it out: http://equalmoney.org/
It's so simple that people think it's impossible because they just react. They don't look at it with common sense and from the perspective of what is Best for All, they just react to their thoughts, feelings and emotions, fears and so on, and they don't realize that these things are all illusions in their heads! I'm sure you'll not do the same, now that I've explained the basic things to you. You'll see, what is Best for All is simple and practical, common sense, nothing to do with greed or feelings or fears ... Check it out, don't believe me.
